Welcome to Casa Monte Pinos. Our home is located in the beautiful town of Polop and is a lovely, peaceful place for a relaxing holiday in Spain. We have taken care of every comfort, so you can truly enjoy your stay and fully unwind. 

🌿 Quiet and Beautiful Location

Privacy: Casa Monte Pinos is the last house in a cul-de-sac, within a gated residential area. This makes it quiet and free from through traffic.

Nature: The house borders a beautiful natural park. You wake up to the sounds of nature and can start wonderful walks straight from the garden.

Parking: You can easily and safely park your car on the private driveway.

💦 Outside living

Outside is where you enjoy Spain the most. The garden is designed to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible:

Heated private swimming pool: The spacious pool can be heated during the mid-seasons, allowing you to enjoy it comfortably all year round.

Terraces: There are several seating and lounge areas, including a sunny terrace by the pool and a large covered terrace for when you prefer some shade.

Cozy evenings: The lounge area is perfect for relaxing in the evenings, whether you're enjoying a meal or simply taking in the peaceful surroundings.

The house is tastefully decorated and practically laid out, so everyone feels at home right away.

Ground floor:

Living room & kitchen:
A bright living room with a pellet stove for cooler evenings. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, including an American-style fridge.

Bedroom & bathroom:
A bedroom with a double bed and a separate bathroom with shower and toilet.

First floor:

Bedrooms:
Two spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed. One of the rooms has a private terrace — perfect for a quiet morning with a cup of coffee.

Bathroom:
A fully equipped bathroom with a bathtub for ultimate relaxation.

All bedrooms are fitted with air conditioning to ensure a good night's sleep. A washing machine is also available, which is convenient for longer stays.
